We will give you a refund within 15 business days if  your  complaint is guinea .

All items must be returned in their original condition, with everything intact, in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy.

The Mad Eats India follows a transparent, no questions asked returns policy for all full-price products bought from the online store. You can return unused products you have ordered within 02 business days Only of the date of receipt. 

Return shipping fees will have to be borne by the customer.

Refunds are processed within 15 business days.
For COD and prepaid orders through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the Bank Account Only .
